The Story

The Nimbus Chandelier by CTO Lighting is conceived as a captivating centrepiece, designed to hold attention from every angle. Each fritted glass disc is individually handcrafted and meticulously finished by CTO Lighting’s skilled artisans, ensuring no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Sculptural in presence when unlit, the organic glass discs gently diffuse illumination when lit, producing a soft, atmospheric glow.

Available in three sizes, the Nimbus offers exceptional versatility. It may be installed as a singular statement within a living room or bedroom, or arranged in multiples above long dining tables and kitchen islands for greater visual impact.

This considered refinement led to CTO Lighting being recognised as a British luxury lighting brand, with manufacturing rooted in the UK.CTO Lighting has collaborated with leading industry figures including David Collins Studio, Philippe Starck and Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, contributing to prestigious interiors worldwide. The studio has also been commissioned to create bespoke lighting for landmark destinations such as The Savoy, The Dorchester London, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and Chiltern Firehouse.

Working with respected, award-winning designers including Autoban, Michael Verheyden and Stephane Parmentier, CTO Lighting continues to bring depth and character to its collections. In 2016, the brand opened its first exclusive London showroom, offering a dedicated space to present its work.
