Martin Robson
Born in 1969, Martin Robson is a British artist based near Lichfield in Staffordshire. Growing up on the edge of Cannock Chase and the surrounding countryside shaped his lifelong connection to wildlife, nature, and visual art. From an early age, he showed a natural aptitude for drawing and painting, often spending hours immersed in creative work. Over time, he refined his skills through steady practice and an enduring commitment to artistic growth.
He studied at Stafford Art College before progressing to Wolverhampton University, where he earned a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design. At the time, the discipline was still largely rooted in traditional, pre-digital methods, giving him a strong foundation in classical design principles.
