The Story

TRACE LINEAR X by CTO Lighting reinterprets the original linear form into a more compact, sculptural statement. Two gently curved metal arms intersect in an elegant X-shaped composition, creating a considered balance between structure and light. Each arm is finished with a veiled glass shade, produced using liquid opal and pulegoso techniques to deliver a soft, atmospheric glow.

Designed for more intimate settings or spaces with lower ceiling heights, TRACE LINEAR X introduces a contemporary architectural character while preserving the fluid, poetic language of the TRACE collection. It is available in bronze or antique bronze finishes.

The studio has also been commissioned to create bespoke lighting for landmark destinations such as The Savoy, The Dorchester London, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and Chiltern Firehouse.

Working with respected, award-winning designers including Autoban, Michaël Verheyden and Stéphane Parmentier, CTO Lighting continues to bring depth and character to its collections. In 2016, the brand opened its first exclusive London showroom, offering a dedicated space to present its work.
