• Once we receive your order, we’ll send you an engraving proof for approval. Please note that your item will only be engraved after your confirmation, which may affect the dispatch date.

• We recommend a minimum file size of 1MB in JPG, PNG, GIF, or TIF format. We’ll check your image for suitability before printing. Please note that proofs are not provided unless specifically requested.
• Printing is available (with reduced prices for multiple photos). Your photo and frame are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
