The Story

TRACE Free Fall by CTO Lighting is the vertical expression of the sculptural TRACE collection, designed to deliver dramatic visual impact in interiors with height and architectural scale. Presented in a cascading composition, hand-finished metal strands are paired with delicately veiled glass shades, producing a soft, atmospheric glow. Available in configurations of 5, 7 or 9 strands, TRACE Free Fall offers flexibility for stairwells, entrance halls and double-height spaces.

The TRACE collection celebrates connection and scalability, enabling a wide range of sculptural arrangements. Drawing inspiration from the natural world and the work of sculptor Andy Goldsworthy, each element is thoughtfully linked to form a cohesive, ethereal composition. The refined interplay of metal and glass transforms the piece into an artistic installation, while its adaptable scale, finish and configuration allow designers to tailor the chandelier to suit bespoke interior schemes with confidence.
