Under the guidance of founders Chris and Clare, the studio embraced hand-finished brass, mouth-blown glass and artisan-crafted stone, establishing a distinctive approach to materiality and detail. This considered refinement led to CTO Lighting being recognised as a British luxury lighting brand, with manufacturing rooted in the UK.CTO Lighting has collaborated with leading industry figures including David Collins Studio, Philippe Starck and Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, contributing to prestigious interiors worldwide. The studio has also been commissioned to create bespoke lighting for landmark destinations such as The Savoy, The Dorchester London, St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and Chiltern Firehouse.

Working with respected, award-winning designers including Autoban, Michael Verheyden and Stephane Parmentier, CTO Lighting continues to bring depth and character to its collections. In 2016, the brand opened its first exclusive London showroom, offering a dedicated space to present its work. Today, the collection is distributed globally through leading design-led retailers and specified by international interior designers and architects.

• Care: CTO Lighting recommends simple, thoughtful care to keep the MEZZO Cluster looking its best. A soft, dry cloth should be used regularly to gently remove dust from the glass and metal surfaces. They advise against abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can dull the hand-finished metalwork and opal glass.
