We manage logistics for high-value items, including specialist carriage and export support when required.

3) Confirmation and delivery

We confirm lead times, delivery method, and any special requirements before dispatch (and before production where an item is made to order).

Delivery and international orders

We deliver in the UK and internationally using service levels appropriate to the item (threshold, room-of-choice, white-glove, and specialist carriage where required).

For deliveries outside the UK, UK VAT is removed where applicable, and customers are responsible for local import VAT, duties, taxes and clearance fees in the destination country.
