Sculpted from finely honed alabaster and articulated with refined metal detailing, the Carapace Ceiling Mounted Light by CTO Lighting brings a composed architectural presence to interior ceilings. Its layered form draws inspiration from natural structures, creating depth while allowing light to filter softly through the stone. The surface texture becomes more expressive once illuminated, revealing subtle tonal variation within the alabaster.
Because alabaster is naturally veined, each piece is entirely unique—some appear almost translucent, while others display gentle grey marbling. When lit, Carapace emits a warm, atmospheric glow, making it particularly suited to living spaces, bedrooms and hallways where elegant ambient lighting is required.
